The housing market was still very tricky to navigate at this time due to high mortgage rates and uncertainty around the budget, and where we live we had competition from housing developers and other sellers but Sharon worked tirelessly to get viewers across our door. Sharon has years of experience and it really shows. We had a couple of wobbles and worries whilst our house was on the market as the landscape was changing weekly but Sharon was always there in person, or at the end of the phone, day and evening, weekday or weekend, to talk it through and reassure us.
